Quilted construction
The current LoomCiela sofa cover uses a cotton and polyester blend, a stitched quilted surface, and a non-slip backing. The quilted layer adds soft structure while the backing helps the cover stay in place during ordinary use. Because furniture shapes and fabrics vary, occasional adjustment may still be needed.
Everyday care
- Shake out loose crumbs and pet hair before washing.
- Spot clean small marks as soon as practical.
- When the product page identifies the cover as machine washable, use a cold gentle cycle and mild detergent.
- Do not use bleach unless the sewn-in care label specifically permits it.
- Use low heat or air dry to reduce stress on the print, stitching, and backing.
- Wash separately from items with exposed hooks, zippers, or rough hardware.
Before the first wash
Read the sewn-in care label. That label is the final instruction for the specific cover you received. Remove the cover from the sofa, close any nearby zippers or hooks on other laundry, and avoid overloading the washing machine.
Keeping the cover in place
Smooth the cover from the center outward and tuck excess material into the seat gap where possible. A very smooth leather surface, shallow seat gap, or active pet may require more frequent adjustment.
