Your order starts the production process
LoomCiela quilted sofa covers are produced after checkout. We do not keep a large finished inventory of every design and size. The selected artwork is prepared for the chosen cover size, then the cover is printed, quilted, assembled, checked, and packed.
Production timing
Production and order processing normally take 4 to 6 business days. Standard transit within the United States normally takes another 7 to 11 business days. The usual total estimate is 11 to 17 business days from order acceptance.
Where covers are made
Our production partners are located in China and Vietnam. A cover ships from the country where the selected design and size are produced. LoomCiela covers customs duties and import-related charges for United States delivery, so customers are not expected to pay additional customs fees when the package arrives.
Why the 6-hour change window matters
Production may begin quickly. Contact contact@loomciela.com within 6 hours if you need to correct an address, change a size, or request a cancellation. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation is sent when tracking becomes available. The carrier may need up to 72 hours after the confirmation email to show the first scan.
