Choosing a sofa cover
Share the product link, your sofa type, the approximate width and depth of the seating area, and the size you are considering. We can help explain the measurements and product information shown on the product page before you order.
Checking an existing order
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If your question involves delivery, add the latest tracking status shown by the carrier.
Reporting a damaged or incorrect item
Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Keep the cover and packaging until our team replies. Clear photos may be requested so we can review what happened.
Requesting a return
Contact us before mailing anything. Approved returns receive instructions and a prepaid return label. Parcels sent without authorization may not reach the correct receiving team.
