LoomCiela quilted sofa covers are flexible layers that rest over the furniture. They are not custom-fitted slipcovers, so a few simple adjustments help create a smoother and more secure result.
Before placement
- Remove loose cushions, throws, and items from the sofa.
- Clean crumbs, pet hair, and dust from the seating surface.
- Confirm that the cover size matches the measurements reviewed before purchase.
Place the cover
- Find the center of the cover and align it with the center of the sofa.
- Lay the cover across the seat and back with the printed side facing up.
- Adjust the front edge and side coverage until both sides appear balanced.
- Tuck extra material into the seat and back gap where the furniture allows.
- Smooth the quilted surface from the center outward.
Help the cover stay in place
The textured backing helps reduce ordinary movement, but furniture shape, surface material, seat depth, pets, and daily use can affect placement. Smooth and retuck the cover when needed. Very smooth leather or shallow cushion gaps may require more frequent adjustment.
Recliners and moving furniture
Check that the cover does not block a lever, hinge, footrest, power cable, ventilation opening, or moving part. Test the furniture slowly after placement. Remove or reposition the cover if it interferes with safe operation.
Care between washes
